Analysis of the whole process of iron two-in-one sofa leg production process
The two-in-one iron cabinet legs are made of solid iron material. This iron material has been specially treated to have sufficient strength and hardness to bear the weight of the sofa and the user.
- Cutting stage
- Material selection: cold rolled steel (SPCC), thickness 1.2-3mm, material must comply with ASTM standards
- Cutting equipment: Laser cutting machine (power 3000W) or CNC punching machine, with accuracy controlled within ±0.1mm
- Cutting parameters: cutting speed 15m/min, air pressure 0.8MPa, cutting margin with 0.5mm grinding allowance
- Quality inspection: The surface of the sampled material has no rust or scratches, and the size error is ≤0.2mm
- Grinding
- Rough grinding: Use a 240-mesh belt sander to remove cutting burrs and fillet the corners with R1 fillet
- Fine grinding: 600-grit sandpaper manual finishing, surface roughness reaches Ra3.2μm
- Sand blasting: 80 mesh corundum, air pressure 0.6MPa, surface cleanliness Sa2.5
- Quality inspection: 100% visual inspection, with emphasis on checking that there are no sharp edges at the bending parts
- Bending
- Mould design: Cr12MoV mould steel, hardness HRC58-62
- Bending parameters: V-groove opening 8mm, pressure 25T, bending angle 90°±0.5°
- Process control: 3 steps of gradual bending (30°→60°→90°) to eliminate springback
- Inspection: Use an angle ruler to measure, parallelism error ≤ 0.3mm/m
- Drilling
- Positioning: CNC drilling machine programming, hole spacing tolerance ±0.1mm
- Drilling parameters: φ6.5mm twist drill, speed 1800rpm, feed rate 0.1mm/r
- Deburring: Use a chamfering cutter to process C0.3 chamfers
- Inspection: Go/no-go gauge to inspect the aperture, position accuracy ≤φ0.15mm
- Electroplating
- Pretreatment: alkaline degreasing (50℃×5min) → acid cleaning (HCl 15%×3min)
- Electroplating process: nickel plating (8μm) → chrome plating (0.3μm), current density 3A/dm²
- Sealing treatment: trivalent chromium passivation, drying temperature 80℃×20min
- Inspection: Salt spray test for 72 hours reaches level 9, and film thickness meter detects coating uniformity
- Product copywriting
- Technical parameters: marked load-bearing capacity 200kg/4 pieces, suitable for sofa height 15-25cm
- Installation instructions: The figure shows M6 bolt installation, torque value 5-6N·m
- Maintenance tips: Avoid scratches from hard objects and wipe with a dry cloth regularly
